If the product you desire is currently out of stock online, we recommend contacting our customer service. We will be happy to inform you about the timing for restocking.

Barovier&Toso does not provide online promotions. Each of our products is a timeless work of art, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and designed to last. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new collections and events.

**What forms of payment do you accept?**
For online purchases on barovier.shop, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If your payment is unsuccessful, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

**Can I use multiple payment methods for the same order?**
Currently, only one payment method can be used for each order.

**When will I be charged?**

**Can I cancel or change my order?**
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be altered or canceled, but you can return the item according to our Return Policy.

Delivery times vary based on the destination. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, such as holidays or the month of August, shipments may be delayed. Please be aware that shipments will not be made on the following public holidays in Italy:
- January 1st
- January 6th
- Easter and Easter Monday
- April 25th
- May 1st
- June 2nd
- August 15th
- November 1st
- December 8th
- December 25th
- December 26th

**What shipping options are available, and what are the costs?**
For all purchases on barovier.shop, shipping is done via courier, with the service varying by destination country.

**How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?**
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return of an item. The product must be returned via courier to the address indicated on the return label we will provide.

**What is the return policy?**
All products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and unremoved. Used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

**How can I return an item?**
To return a product, please contact our Customer Service. We will send you the necessary return instructions.

**How long will it take to receive my refund?**
Returns will be processed within 14 business days once they arrive at our warehouse. After we verify that the item is in its original condition, we will issue the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the return process is complete. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

**How can I request an invoice?**
